We spent a whirlwind weekend in New York for Ian and Lauren's wedding, constantly in racing cabs. We raced from the airport to the room we rented on the East Side of Manhattan, from the East Side back and forth to various wedding-related functions in Brooklyn, and from Brooklyn to anywhere else, please. Each ride had a quality that video games aspire to, a careening duel of pothole and wheel bearing, with Aiko turning green in the back seat and dollars sublimating. Click any photo to enlarge.
